ABOUT

Phoebe McFarb is a cinematographer and video editor from Greenbelt, Maryland. She received Bachelors degrees in English and American Studies, with a focus on film. She began working at Greenbelt Access Television shortly after graduation in 2017 and rose within the organization to become Executive Director. There she ran filmmaking classes, produced, filmed, and edited local content, and managed the television station. She is now focused on being a full time video editor and works with the DC-based production company Dec8 Productions where she works as Associate Editor on branded, documentary, and editorial content.
